The internet didn’t fix this - it just moved the forms online. Information silos, outdated standards, and repetitive processes still slow everything down.
Today, 60% of the workforce is stuck in admin tasks, while the industry faces a 400,000-worker shortage. The gap keeps growing.
We built Kay to change that.
We dove straight into all the admin work - went through every single spreadsheet, intake form, fragmented proposals, outdated CRMs, and a huge backlog of servicing tasks. And we found that traditional software just doesn’t cut it. Not because APIs don’t work, it’s because the incentives to create good APIs just aren’t there.
This is where AI coworkers come in.
What we’re building could never have been built before, and today is the most opportune time to build it. We’re excited to design the future of work.
